The 24-slot Delta winding has lower resistance and higher rotational speed; the 48-slot Star winding gives higher stall torque. They have different electrical characteristics, so always reference the spec for the winding you buy.
For the specific 24V configuration SteadyWin has confirmed: GIM6010-8 + GDS68 + 24 V / 24-slot Delta + secondary encoder → rated torque 5 N·m, peak torque 11 N·m.
On "continuous": SteadyWin's rated torque is based on a continuous operating test of roughly 5 minutes. So 5 N·m should not be read as an unlimited-duration holding torque at 0 rpm. Real holding capability depends on motor temperature, load, running time and cooling.
For the 48V Y (Star) winding, SteadyWin gave a phase-to-phase resistance of approximately 1.42 Ω. That came from an earlier test and is for reference only.
